Q. WHAT IS THE COST TO UPGRADE MY ROOM?
A. Room upgrades and charges can be done directly with the hotel as per room type requested.
Q. AM I ABLE TO CHECK IN LATE AT NIGHT?
A. It is always best to advise us of your approximate arrival time, this will assist in facilitating any special requests you may have.
Q. WILL THERE BE WI-FI INTERNET ACCESS IS OFFERED AT MY ACCOMMODATION?
A. Most properties offer free Wi-Fi, however there are some that will have a small charge.

A. Yes, a supplement for single booking will be charged-the amount is based on the type of activity, please enquire at the time of booking.
Q. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I MAKE A BOOKING?
A. We recommend booking as soon as you have decided on which activity you would like to go on. Some activities can be quite popular so it’s advisable to secure your spot as soon as possible.
Q. ARE THERE RECOMMENDED AGES FOR THE TOURS?
A. As young or old as you maybe, is to have a great spirit and a thirst for fun and adventure…. then age is no barrier. On tour you’re to meet like-minded adventurous souls in their teens, twenties, thirties, forties and even young-at-heart travellers in their seventies!
We have quite a variety of ages on our tours which are from 5yrs up to 75yrs… however also facilitate the request from families that have smaller children and infants who may choose to their activity privately.
Q. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A PACKAGE AND AN ACTIVITY?
A. A package are several components that are put together such as; Accommodation, Transport, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Activity, Guide, Entrance fees, Taxes.

Q. CAN I JOIN AN ACTIVITY ONCE IT’S STARTED?
A. It may be difficult to join an activity once it gets started, however if this is possible, we will do our utmost best to facilitate.
Q. DO I NEED TO SPEAK ENGLISH TO JOIN ONE OF YOUR TOURS?
A. Our native language is English and with a nice tone of local dialect, (at the end of the tour you will be speaking as sweet as bro!). However, some of our guides are fluent in other languages such as German, Spanish, French. We suggest that you indicate at the time of booking.
Q. DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE?
A. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance once you have booked your activity. More coverage is always a great option.
Q. I AM TRAVELLING ON MY OWN - CAN I STILL JOIN ONE OF YOUR TOURS?
Yes! Most certainly! You can meet a bunch of like-minded people and become great friends.
Q. THERE IS A GROUP OF US THAT WANTS TO JOIN A TOUR, IS THAT OK?
Yes, groups are most welcome on tour, even if you book separately just send us a quick email so we know you’re all together. Remember group size are a minimum of 10-persons.
We can also facilitate a custom-made activity if required just let us know and we’ll be happy to assist.
Q. HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS?
A. Payments can be done via any of the following methods: visa or master card, bank cash deposit, online bank transfer.

Q. WHERE DO I JOIN THE ACTIVITY FROM?
A. Guests are given details (pickup point & time) for their activity, which is usually from their place of accommodation. guests should provide details of their accommodation and any local contact when booking.
Q. ARE PRE-BOOKED ACTIVITIES GUARANTEED?
A. Yes, however some of them are dependent on weather and we may not know until on the day of the activity if they are going to be cancelled.
Q. AM I ABLE TO BOOK ANOTHER ACTIVITY WHEN I GET ON ISLAND?
A. Yes, however this is based on availability as it’s not a guarantee (especially during peak seasons) it is advisable to pre-book your activity once you have decided, even if it’s a few days prior.
Q. I HAVE A PRE-BOOKED PACKAGE BUT WANTS TO ADD SOME OTHER ACTIVITIES, WILL I GET A DISCOUNT?
A. Yes, a discount option will be extended when booking more than two activities, please enquire when booking.
Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ACTIVITY IS CANCELLED DUE TO POOR WEATHER?
A. Guests have the option to postponed their activity to another day in the event of poor weather, however should guests not able to participate in this option, they are welcome to accept a refund.
Q. WHAT ARE THE MOST POPULAR ACTIVITIES?
A. Our activities have been specially designed to create a unique quality of taste and excitement; Some guests prefer our water base activities whilst others opt to go for the land base adrenalin rush. Whichever is chosen, they are all quite enjoyable. Our advice, is to always pick what suits you.
Q. WHAT MEALS ARE INCLUDED?
A. All of our packages come with breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is usually served at your hotel and dinner is either served at your hotel or sometimes on a night out. All of our tour activities are inclusive of lunch and drink.
Q. DO YOU CATER FOR GUESTS WHO ARE VEGETARIAN OR GLUTEN FREE?
A. Yes, it’s quite normal that some guests have special dietary needs, please indicate at the time of booking and arrangements will be made to facilitate your request.
Q. DO YOU ACCOMMODATE GUESTS WHO HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES?
A. If you have a severe nut allergy, we strongly suggest you bring along an Epi-Pen with you. It is also advisable to let us know at the time of booking if you have any food allergies.
Q. IS THERE A TIPPING POLICY?
A. Tipping is not compulsory, however if you feel you have received excellent service and would like to show your gratitude a tip will be much appreciated. There are no set amounts or guidelines so what you feel comfortable with will be just fine.
Q. WHAT LEVEL OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY IS DEMANDED EACH DAY?
A. Some activities will take you along well-maintained foot paths which are quite mild and less strenuous. For the more adventurous you may also encounter very tough mountainous terrains or perhaps a jump into a waterfall or shallow ocean reef.

Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER ON THE TOUR?
A. In the best interest and safety of everyone, our guides usually use good judgement in making decisions after communicating with everyone. They may also initiate alternative stops such as places of interest that aren't weather dependent.
Q. HOW MUCH CAN I BUDGET FOR CRAFT OR SOUVENIRS?
A. This really depends on you as there are a range of local items with varying prices. Local paintings, craft, t-shirts, maps, steelpan drums, magnets and a whole lot more, ranging from a little as 5$ usd upwards, vendors are always happy to facilitate your request for a discount based on your volume of purchase.
Q. WHAT SIZE VEHICLE/s IS USED ON TOUR?
A. Based on the number of participants on tour, the appropriate size vehicle is used. Our buses have varying seating capacity: (7-seats) (15-seats) (22-seats).
Our cars can carry up to 4-passengers, these are mostly used for small families requesting a private tour. On all cases guests are always comfortable seated enjoying their tour in air-condition comfort.
Q. WILL THERE BE A GUIDE WITH US DURING THE TOUR ACTIVITY?
A. Most of our activities are accompanied by a guide whom are multi-talented, multi-skilled bundles of energy. From an exuberant introduction, to sharing their knowledge, to keeping you laughing and energized throughout the day.
Q. DOES THE GUIDE SPEAK OTHER LANGUAGES?
A. All our guides speak English, however some guides also speak other languages such as German, Spanish and French, If you would like a guide that can speak any of those specific languages, please indicate and we’ll advise if a private tour option might be best for you.
Q. ARE GUIDES CERTIFIED IN FIRST AID?
A. Yes - our tour guides go through certified First Aid Courses every two years which is the standard in Tobago. They can assist until professional help can be reached if required.
